UniBridge Technologies Inc. (“UniBridge”, “we”, “our”) provides a non-custodial, invite-only sandbox environment for evaluation and integration testing. This Legal Notice and Terms of Use govern your access to the UniBridge sandbox, documentation, and API endpoints.

1. Sandbox Only – No Real Funds

The UniBridge API endpoints referenced in this sandbox are strictly for evaluation and demonstrations. All flows, quotes, routing decisions, and settlement logic are simulated.

The sandbox is non-custodial and uses mock data only.
No real-world funds, FX conversion, or money transmission occur.
The sandbox must not be used for production traffic or consumer operations.
Any balances, routes, or examples shown are illustrative only.

2. No Regulated Financial or Money Transmission Services

UniBridge does not provide financial services or money transmission through this sandbox.

Licensing and regulatory compliance remain the responsibility of partners.
All KYC/KYB, AML/CFT, and sanctions screening obligations remain with partners.
Nothing in this sandbox or documentation constitutes legal or regulatory advice.

3. Data, Privacy & Logs

Requests sent to the sandbox may be logged for debugging and reliability. You should not send real customer PII or production data.

Use hashed identifiers whenever possible.
By using the sandbox, you confirm you have the right to process any data sent.

4. Intellectual Property

UniBridge Protocol, the UniBridge brand, routing logic, the Bridge Key Directory (BKD) concept, and all related designs are the intellectual property of UniBridge Technologies Inc.

Portions of the protocol are covered under a provisional patent filing with the USPTO.
All diagrams and documents are for evaluation only — no commercial rights granted.
You may not copy, redistribute, or commercialize UniBridge materials.

5. No Warranties – Prototype Status

The sandbox is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. No uptime guarantees or performance SLAs apply.

UniBridge may modify or discontinue sandbox access at any time.
UniBridge is not liable for any loss or regulatory impact from sandbox use.

6. Hosting & Third-Party Infrastructure

This sandbox is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Google is not a party to any agreement between you and UniBridge.
Additional third-party services may apply (logging, monitoring, messaging).

7. Governing Law

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
